1. How to cancel the order?
If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at email@example.com or call us on +91 9819272546. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.
2. I received a package, but it was not my order.
We are so sorry for the mix-up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9819272546 and pictures of the following: the order slip and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported as soon as possible. We’ll get YOUR order sent out asap!
3. I received the wrong item.

4. I am missing item(s) in my order.

Please make sure to include the order details, photo and unedited unboxing video of the products of the items you did receive will get back to you asap!
5. I received the broken item(s) in my order.
We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please email our Customer Care team our customer support team at email@example.com or call us on +91 9819272546 within 48hrs after the product is delivered so that we may help you further. Please be sure to provide photo and unedited unboxing video of your broken product so we can best assist you!
6. What happens to orders that get returned due to incorrect address, wrong contact number, etc?
If your order gets returned to us we'll refund you the amount excluding the shipping fees or send it back again wherein shipping charges will be applicable.
1. What are the Shipping Charges?
We have Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping – ₹49 on orders below ₹499.
Cash On Delivery(COD) – ₹79 COD Charges.
Free Shipping is not applicable on Cash On Delivery(COD).
2. How much time does it take for delivery?
It depends on where you are. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 3-8 business days depending on the location All Cash On Delivery(COD) orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched. Return and Refunds:
1. When are you not eligible for a refund?
- We do not accept product returns simply because the customer no longer wants the item after receiving it. Items that conform to their description do not qualify to be returned or refunded under this policy.
- Personalized products such as passport cover, mobile covers, etc., and specially made products for you are not eligible for a refund.
- Personal Care Products, Mugs/Sippers where hygiene is concerned cannot be replaced.
2. When are you eligible for a refund?
- All orders not delivered 45 days from the order date are eligible for an automatic refund.
- If prepaid order is canceled by the customer after dispatching or customer is not available to accept the order. we’ll refund the amount once we received the product back.
Please Note – Forward & Reverse Shipping Charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.
3. When are you eligible for a replacement?
If proven that the product got damaged in transit and we accept the evidence provided by the customer. This includes photos, unedited unboxing videos without pause within 48hrs after the product is delivered, we’ll initiate a return pick up and perform a quality check, whether the product was unused, tampered with, or if the product misses any tag. Once the product has passed the quality check, we’ll initiate a replacement.
If customer for any reason(apart from broken or damage) want to replace or exchange, then customer will have to ship the product back to us (Please note delivery charges will be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us and for the replacement product).
4. Can I return my gift for a different item?
Unfortunately, we have a no return or exchange policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

If you received a message that says Invalid login credentials, this means your email address/password wasn’t recognized by our system. No worries! We can totally fix this! We know all of the kawaiiness on our page may be a bit overwhelming, but we promise that we have tools in place to make navigation a breeze! If you’re interested in browsing our products by category, you can do so from our KawaiiKart homepage, where all the categories pre-exist! Here, you will find product categories, including stationery, Lamps, Plushies, etc. Each product category is broken down into specific lines we currently have for an easy shopping experience.

We at Kawaii Kart accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees). Please note that your bank may convert your purchase currency if you do not live in India.

2. Do discount codes expire?
While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that
they are issued so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly! Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be
combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
3. Why Isn’t My Promo Code Working?
We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.
4. Can I combine coupon codes on my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your goodies!
5. How can I view my order status?
All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address & registered mobile number used to place the order. You can also go to my account section on our website where you can see all your order details. :)
6. Do I have to create an account to shop?
An account is required in order to shop from our site! You can simply log in via your Google or Facebook account as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. :) You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!
7. It looks like you charged me twice for my order.
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
