What are the Shipping Charges?

We have Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Standard Shipping – ₹59 on orders below ₹999.

Cash On Delivery(COD) – ₹79 COD Charges.

Free Shipping is not applicable on Cash On Delivery(COD).

How much time does it take for delivery?

It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 4 – 8 business days. How to cancel the order?

If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@kawaiikart.com or call us on +91 9819272546. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.

Refund & Replacement

At Kawaii Kart, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Hence we make sure that our quality check team thoroughly checks all the products before dispatching them. Here are some frequently asked questions on Returns and Refunds that you might find helpful.

What if you get Damaged products?

In very rare instances where your item arrives badly damaged, our customer support team will require further evidence to initiate a replacement or store credit for you. This includes photos, unedited unboxing videos without pause, product descriptions, and other material within 48hrs after the product delivered that we can use to verify that the item has arrived damaged, and after inspection, we’ll initiate a replacement.

When are you not eligible for a refund?

  • We do not accept product returns simply because the customer no longer wants the item after receiving it. Items that conform to their description do not qualify to be returned or refunded under this policy
  • Personalized products such as passport cover, mobile covers, etc., and specially made products for you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Personal Care Products Mugs/Sippers where hygiene is concerned cannot be replaced.

When are you eligible for a refund?

  • All orders not delivered 45 days from the order date are eligible for an automatic refund.
  • If prepaid order is canceled by the customer after dispatching or customer is not available to accept the order. we’ll refund the amount once we received the product back.
  • Please Note – Forward & Reverse Shipping Charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

When are you eligible for a replacement?

  • If proven that the product got damaged in transit and we accept the evidence provided by the customer. This includes photos, unedited unboxing videos without pause within 48hrs after the product is delivered, we’ll initiate a return pick up and perform a quality check, whether the product was unused, tampered with, or if the product misses any tag. Once the product has passed the quality check, we’ll initiate a replacement.
  • If customer for any reason(apart from broken or damage) want to replace or exchange, then customer will have to ship the product back to us (Please note delivery charges will be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us and for the replacement product).
